(1) Vendor needs to provide board content development service. • Provides an array of programs and services to school districts in an effort to assist districts in improving student performance and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of school operations.• Develop new governance training content and supporting resources designed to build the capacity of school boards and superintendents to govern effectively in pursuit of improved student outcomes.• Provide subject matter expertise and evaluator capacity to support the observation, assessment, and certification of participants pursuing evaluating and improving student outcomes (EISO) certification using established certification criteria and processes.• Updated facilitator and participant materials.• Revised case studies, activities, and assessments.• Content crosswalk identifying revisions and rationale.• Recommendations for ongoing content maintenance and improvement.
