(1) Vendor needs to provide executive director, underwriting manager and safety director services to the government authority located in Parsippany, NJ.– Executive Director, Underwriting Manager and Safety Director providing leadership to joint insurance or self–insured governmental entities and must quantify the results achieved.– Financial matters pertaining to joint insurance funds including budgets, assessments, monitoring reports, investments, audit controls, fund year accounting and closed fund year accounting; – Development of risk management training programs and materials; and – Legislative and public relations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
