Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Michigan.• Clippings shall be removed, if visible, after mowing. • Debris, including limbs, sticks, litter, shall be removed from the mowing area. • All clippings shall be removed from all sidewalks, concrete picnic table pads, parking areas and flower and shrub beds. • Mulch must be shredded hardwood bark, but must not be triple shredded.• Pull all weeds before preparing soil.
