(1) Vendor needs to provide site code blue operator service to the government authority located in Poughkeepsie, NY. • Operations of scattered site centers. the center is operational and available 7 days a week during the code blue season (october–april).• Must be well–maintained and supervised during the hours of operation for 10 to 40 guests on any given night and 20–30 guests during the day.• Manage and retain staff to support staff to client ratio of 1:10.• Have the ability to communicate with guests in other languages with the use of approved • Provide a secure area and have a security plan in place to address any disruptions.• Identify at least one organizational representative, i.e., Program Director, to act as the liaison with the Department during normal business hours.• Maintain regular and timely communication with the Department and participate in weekly virtual Code Blue Meetings.• Have an intake/screening process and assist with placements with when their site is at capacity.• Provide data collection and reporting that include the submission of an electronic daily census with client demographics.• Conduct regular rounds of the facility to assess safety and cleanliness.• Provide a Solution Focused Trauma Informed Care environment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 10, 2026.
