Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Installations (Multiyear Contract)

The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is requesting Proposals for Project Title . Proposals are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late Proposals will not be accepted. The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to receive proposals from qualified solar PV providers to design, engineer, finance, build, operate, maintain, and decommission turn-key installations of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at the site addresses provided herein. Respondents shall have demonstrated experience designing, planning, financing, permitting, and constructing complete solar PV systems and have knowledge of local utility regulations.
