(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Dover, DE. – Law firms with extensive experience in affordable housing, public finance, real estate transactions, and federal and state housing programs to provide legal services in the following contractcategories:• Housing development and production counsel;• Public housing authority and housing management counsel; • Outside general counsel. – Represent agency in landlord and tenant litigation and administrative proceedings.– Provide legal support related to rad repositioning transactions.– Counsel agency on fair housing matters, including compliance with the fair housing act and related civil rights laws.– Draft and review housing assistance payment contracts and regulatory agreements.– Provide legal opinions, risk assessments, and litigation strategy.– Perform other related tasks as assigned.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
