The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications and includes furnishing and installation of new drainage systems, play equipment, asphalt paving, concrete and associated base courses, fencing and gates, and miscellaneous site furnishings. Project Location: 100 Hebron Street Mattapan Massachusetts 02126 Expected contract duration is for 492 days. Prevailing wages shall apply. General contractors must submit all general bids with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, 26 Court Street, 1st Floor, Boston, MA 02108 , on or before 12:00 p.m. on July 8, 2026 at which time and place respective general bids shall be opened and read aloud in person and virtually. A performance and payment bond satisfactory to the Awarding Authority in the amount of 100% of the contract price, will be required of the successful bidder.
