Description

The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as "the City") is inviting vendors to submit an RFP for (2) Postage meters to process the City mail. We will be currently be looking for at least 1 high speed postage meter to serve as our primary machine and 1 mid-sized postage meter to serve as the overflow and back up to the primary meter. The initial term of 60 months with the option for an annual renewal to be exercised at the City's discretion. Once the City has received the proposals from vendors, we will schedule a visit to see a demonstration of proposed equipment.
