(1) Vendor needs to provide cross–domain solution to secure, automated, and audited pathway for data to flow between Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) entities, instrumentation, and sensor feeds operating across multiple security enclaves.– Core Functionality: Support the secure transfer of LVC entities, instrumentation, and sensor feeds across all environment. Capable of ingesting a wide array of data types, including Mission Command messaging, standard data files, intelligence signals, and tactical link data.– Performance: System must meet stringent performance thresholds, including maintaining a telemetry latency of less than 500ms, achieving a boundary throughput of at least 100 Mbps, and completing 10MB file transfers in under 5 seconds.– Value–Added Features: Should incorporate advanced capabilities such as AI/ML–driven automation, predictive analytics, natural language querying, real–time animated dashboards, and collaborative tools to enhance the overall testing environment– Scalability & Future–Proofing: A modular domain architecture capable of horizontal scaling and data type extensibility, designed to integrate with evolving AI/ML infrastructure and support global coalition operations(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
