(1) Vendor needs to provide financial advisory services to the government authority located in Linden NJ.1. Assist city staff on matters regarding analysis of proposed capital projects and capital expenditure budgets.2. Review professional reports and feasibility studies to insure financing issues have been adequately addressed.3. Develop cash flow models to project the effects of various financing strategies for proposed projects or programs.4. Review and evaluate innovative financing and investment.5. Assist the City staff regarding the City’s credit rating for both upgrading and/or maintaining the current credit ratings.6. Assist City staff regarding the issuance of debt and preparation of official statements and evaluation of proposals.7. Assist City staff with all redevelopment matters.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
