(1) Vendor needs to provide landfill grind recycle services to the government authority located in Hurlock, MD. • Provide a turnkey cubic yard rate for operations from start to finish to complete the task, including:– Labor– Manpower– Fuel– Resources– Hauling– Mobilization– Demobilization– Equipment (Large tub or horizontal grinder, excavator with grapple, Skid Loader or Wheel Loader with grapple, Grizzly Bars to complete the project of single grind recycle woody debris, etc.)– Maintenance– Teeth replacement• Separate all debris to remove steel, concrete, etc., to prevent damage from occurring to his/her equipment.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
