General Construction Contractor Services

The purpose of this Bid is to secure the services of a qualified General Construction Contractor with expertise in all phases of construction as required on an as-needed basis. The work will be assigned by Pierce County by work order number, addressing scope of work, unit prices and required time of completion. Work shall be performed in accordance with the product manufacturer’s technical specifications and in accordance with recognized sound construction standards. No minimum contract amount is promised. Work locations are throughout Pierce County. Contractors must have the capability to serve the County by providing material, labor and all necessary equipment to perform a variety of small to medium sized projects.
