(1) Vendor needs to provide golf course management service to the government authority located in Bristol, CT. – Provide manage, operate and maintain the recently acquired golf club.– Golf club is being converted to a municipal course and consists of an 18–hole golf course, a full–service clubhouse, driving range, pro shop, and a full–service restaurant with dining and banquet facilities to accommodate 25 to 200 guests.– Manage all club operations, including golf course operations, including pro–shop operations, starter and marshal service tournaments, instruction, special events.– Implement capital improvement planning and capital project execution.– Provide golf carts as well as pull carts for public rental.– Collect and pay all fees and applicable taxes.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 09, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.
