Operating Cash and Capital Reserves Investment Management Services

VTA seeks proposals (each a " Proposal ") from responsive and responsible qualified firms (each a " Proposer ") to provide separate account active investment management services for its operating assets for the project titled OPERATING CASH AND CAPITAL RESERVES INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES and further described in the Scope of Work (the " Project ") of this RFP. VTA intends to award a contract to the Successful Proposer (the " Contract "). If awarded, the base Contract will have a term of 5 years and 2 one-year options for a maximum term of 7 years, if all options are exercised. This RFP neither commits VTA to enter into such Contract nor obligates VTA to pay for costs incurred in preparation or submission of Proposals or in anticipation of entry into a Contract.
