HEALTH-10778 - USA (Hanford, California) - Adolescent Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide adolescent substance use disorder treatment services to the government authority located in Hanford, CA.– Provide comprehensive Adolescent Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services for Early Intervention, Outpatient Drug Free and Intensive Outpatient Treatment.– Care will be provided in an interdisciplinary, evidence–based, and informed with patient and family–cantered approaches to deliver from a place of empathy. – Program services designed with the expectation that most patients haveco–occurring conditions;– Ability to manage mild to moderate acuity, instability, and/or functional impairment;– At least one staff member qualified to assess and triage mental health conditions;– Integrated treatment plans;– Services may include any service component covered under the outpatient treatment modality, as clinically appropriate to the beneficiary’s needs, including assessment, care coordination, individual counseling, group counseling, family therapy, medication services, medications for addiction treatment when clinically indicated, patient education, recovery services, and substance use disorder (SUD) crisis intervention.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
