On-Call Office Furniture Services for Pierce County

The County seeks an experienced firm(s) to provide office furniture and related services for government purposes on an On-call basis. The County desires to streamline the process how furniture is procured and installed across all departments. In addition, the County seeks to standardize the furniture components so that interchangeability between departments and locations is seamless. The County invites firms responding to this RFP to submit proposals presenting different options for provision of the Furniture Goods and Services, as well as alternate, creative proposals to meet the County’s goals. The County will, in its sole judgment, consider such options and alternatives as long as the functionality and minimum requirements of the County are met. The County reserves the right to award to different Selected Firms to provide any part of the furniture goods and services discussed in this RFP. This procurement supports the County’s desire to consolidate and leverage purchasing power to maximize cost savings and improve customer service with Selected Firm(s).
