EQU-19507 - USA (Peachtree Corners, Georgia) - Audiovisual Production Design-Build Project Service - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide audiovisual production design–build project service to the government authority located in Peachtree Corners, GA. – The AV Integrator will take field measurements and verify all existing conditions, develop coordinated technical and shop drawing packages, and provide all necessary signal flow diagrams, equipment specifications, mounting details, integration drawings, and engineering required to ensure safe, stable, and reliable operation of the system. – Provide complete AV systems design, engineering, procurement, integration, programming, testing, and installation services for the immersive environment.– The immersive media environment may require modifications or supplemental coordination associated with HVAC systems and environmental controls to support the operational requirements of projection systems, media servers, AV equipment, and enclosed technical spaces.– The AV system will include synchronized wall, ceiling, and floor projection environments, immersive audio systems, docent and staff operational controls, and flexible playback configurations capable of supporting multiple experience narratives and operational modes.– Acoustic treatment and sound isolation.– Network infrastructure and control systems.– HVAC, ventilation, and cooling considerations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 02, 2026.
