The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation Ministry of Social Development Procurement of CCTV System Integration Support to Resilient and Sustainable Social Protection Program in Jordan Grant No.: TF0D0786 The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Support to Resilient and Sustainable Social Protection Program in Jordan, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for goods and related services to contract a qualified supplier for the following assignment: Title of Goods & Related Services Reference No. Link for Bidding Documents & Specifications Procurement of Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing, and Commissioning of a CCTV System, including Full Integration with Two (2) Central Control Rooms at HQ and 33 Alternative Care & Family Centers. JO-SRSSP-GO-RFB-001 https://goto.jo/23e6d940-3 The scope of supply ("the Goods & Services") includes the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and full integration of a CCTV system across the Ministry of Social Development Headquarters and 33 field locations. The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MOPIC), in coordination with the Ministry of Social Development (MOSD), now invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the supply and installation of the requested CCTV System. Interested eligible bidders may obtain or download the Bidding Documents free of charge from the link mentioned above. Procurement will be conducted through National Public Bidding in accordance with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Government Procurement Bylaw No. (8) of 2022. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in a separate sealed envelope. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 3% of the total bid price in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or certified check issued by a licensed bank in Jordan, valid for 148 calendar days from the bid submission deadline. Submission Format & Deadline: Bids must be submitted in a single, outer sealed envelope containing both the Technical Part and the Financial Part in hard copies, along with a CD or Flash Memory Unit.
