(1) Vendor needs to provide employee assistance and client case management solution.• One to one onsite/offsite (face to face) and online support:– Assistance in evaluating and assessing difficulties;– Support in planning a structured approach to coping with and resolving difficulties;– Follow–up contact and support;– Short–term solution–focused issue resolution;– Referral to external professionals or agencies as considered appropriate and in agreement with the individual;– Information on a wide range of topics;– Guidance and signposting on internal supports available;• Advisory service and support to managers and supervisors, where they have concerns about staff and organisational wellbeing;• Crisis Support /Critical Incident Stress Management/Trauma Onsite group support;• Onsite and Online webinars on a wide range of wellbeing topics.– The Client Case Management System shall support the delivery of sessional services and at a minimum must:• Provide an intuitive, user–friendly interface;• Enable efficient file and document management;• Integrate validated pre– and post–assessments, outcome measures, and evaluation surveys;• Support end–to–end case management, including progression review, and automated closure;•Allow unlimited storage for session notes and client contacts;• Include pre–configured and extensible lists of clinical and organisational issues;• Enable flexible configuration of data fields;• Facilitate identification and flagging of critical cases;• Provide an integrated diary function accessible via mobile devices (e.g. smartphones, tablets, iPads);• Enable client self–scheduling and client record (client card) creation;• Support secure external messaging between the Contracting Authority and its clients(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
