(1) Vendor needs to provide managed printer support service to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.• This Scope of Work defines regularly recurring maintenance, repair, and support services for a fleet of 35–45 document printers and print production devices.• Required Services– Preventive Maintenance• Monthly preventive maintenance for large format and multi–function print production devices• Quarterly preventive maintenance for standard document printers (8.5”X11” to 11”X17”)• Cleaning, calibration, inspection of all printers and print production devices• Replacement of worn components including rollers, fusers, belts, and other standard wear items• Onsite printer and print production device troubleshooting and repair• Standard replacement/repair parts shall be included in the monthly and quarterly service fees (major replacement/repair components that are not standard consumables to be quoted separately)– Printer Toner and Other Consumables shall:• Be agency approved equivalent• Be priced per cartridge at the time of order by agency and pricing shall include delivery and/or installation• Have no minimum order requirements• Have no monthly order commitment• Include bulk purchase discounts (10%–15% savings)(2) The contract period will be for Three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
