(1) Vendor needs to provide young adult recovery service to the government authority located in Washington, OR. – A peer–supported young adult addiction recovery drop–in center within county for individuals ages 18–35 who have a history of, or are currently using substances, are in recovery from substance use and/or at–risk for a return to substance use, have been diagnosed with a substance use disorder (sud), or, are interested in learning about a lifestyle free from substance use and addiction. – Peer services peer mentoring or coaching, recovery resource connecting, facilitating and leading recovery groups, and) building community– The provider will follow foundational principles for peer–delivered services:• Recovery–oriented;• Voluntary;• Relationship–focused; and,• Trauma–informed.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
