(1) Vendor needs to provide boardwalk services to the government authority located in Coos Bay, OR. – Provide landscape maintenance, pressure washing, and general cleaning services • Landscape maintenance:– Turf maintenance– Weed control– Landscape debris removal• Pavilion and site cleaning:– Pavilion cleaning– Picnic tables and benches• Pressure washing.• Interpretive signage cleaning.• General site clean–up:– Collect and remove trash and debris from all areas within the contract limits.– Remove debris deposited by wind, weather, or public use.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 16, 2026.
