(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational health and workers’ compensation medical services. – Providers to furnish comprehensive occupational health and workers’ compensation medical services.– Provider shall offer timely examinations, testing, medical evaluations, occupational injury and illness assessments, treatment and follow–up services, work–status reporting, and return–to–work coordination for city applicants and employees, including public safety and safety–sensitive positions, as applicable to the services.– Timely pre–employment and post–offer medical examinations and job–related medical clearances.position–specific evaluations for public safety, safety–sensitive, and other designated classifications.– Perform authorized drug and alcohol testing, including applicable dot–regulatedtesting and medical review.– Occupational medical surveillance, including audiometric, respiratory, vision, and other required testing.– Fitness–for–duty and return–to–work evaluations, with clear work restrictions when appropriate.– Maintain confidential medical records and provide the city only legally authorized clearance information.– Prompt appointments, dependable reporting, transparent fees, and effective account coordination.– Timely medical evaluations and appropriate follow–up care for work–related injuries and illnesses, coordinate with the city’s workers’ compensation claims administrator, and support safe and timely employee return–to–work planning.
