(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance broker services to the government authority located in Waynesboro, GA. – Provide professional brokerage and consulting services associated with the placement, implementation, and ongoing servicing of voluntary employee benefits insurance policies.– Securing comprehensive and cost–effective insurance coverage, provide consultation, provide on–line enrollment platform, provide on–site open enrollment education, provide on–site open enrollment services and deliver ongoing support to meet the county's needs.– Insurance Placement and Renewal:• Identify and secure competitive insurance supplemental benefits proposals• Provide recommendations on policy terms, conditions, and limits.– Employee Benefits Support:• Assist in designing and managing supplemental benefits programs.• Provide digital and on–site education and enrollment support.– Ongoing Support and Communication:• Act as a liaison between the county and insurance carriers.• Provide regular updates on market trends and emerging risks.• Provide quarterly claims reporting.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
