(1) Vendor needs to provide digital comprehensive economic development strategy platform.• Design and deploy a professional digital website or platform that reflects branding and is optimized for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.• Provide agency with administrative control, source files and code, documentation, and a maintainable content–management workflow.• Migrate and organize agency –owned, agency –created, public–domain, openly licensed, or otherwise authorized source content into the new platform.• Create reusable charts, tables, maps, dashboards, and data structures that can be refreshed in future annual updates.• Enable staff to update text, data, graphics, documents, links, and selected dashboard content without specialized programming.• Provide an expandable AI–enabled quick facts or natural–language query capability, subject to agency approval, that is grounded in approved content and data and includes appropriate source attribution and guardrails.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
