(1) Vendor needs to provide AI enabled teaching tool for engineering courses.• Deploy a web–based or cross–platform software application.• Enable faculty users to create, organize, modify, and deliver curricular content for engineering courses.• Enable import/export of course materials in standard digital formats.• Enable import/export of pre–existing videos to support student learning and integrate with video platforms• Provide a reporting dashboard or analytics module that surfaces meaningful, actionable data on system usage, including faculty engagement (login frequency, content creation and modification activity, assessment authoring), student time–on–task (time spent per module, assessment, or tutoring session), student engagement indicators.• The system shall retain historical usage data sufficient to support longitudinal analysis of learning outcomes across course sections and academic terms.• The contractor shall provide API documentation sufficient for university technical staff to independently build integrations, including endpoint specifications, authentication methods, rate limits, and sample queries.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
