(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated marketing, communications and digital services.– An experienced marketing and communications agency to serve as an outsourced strategic marketing and communications partner.– Provide a consistent level of ongoing management and support throughout the year, helping agency plan, coordinate, execute, and evaluate marketing activities as needs arise.– Engagement should help agency:- Establish a cohesive and sustainable marketing program without an in–house marketing department on both day–to–day and long term levels- Prioritize audiences, channels, campaigns, and activities- Increase awareness among targeted audiences- Increase visitation and participation in programs and events- Strengthen social media and email engagement- Maintain an accurate, effective and engaging website- Strengthen agency brand presence and storytelling- Support membership, fundraising, and other organizational priorities- Build measurable goals and use performance data to improve results(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
