Fairfax County Water Authority (Fairfax Water) is seeking Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services to design and construct the Planning & Engineering (P&E) Building Upgrades (Project). Fairfax Water is the primary drinking water provider to residents in Fairfax County and provides water for wholesale customers in Loudoun County, Prince William County, and several other jurisdictions in Northern Virginia. Fairfax Water owns the P&E Building which is part of its headquarters campus located in the Merrifield area Fairfax County, Virginia. The P&E building is a three-story building with an approximately 35,000 SF footprint that was constructed in 1977.
