(1) Vendor needs to provide rental car concession and lease agreement service to the government authority located in Pasco, WA. – Provide up to four locations at the Airport to include counter and associated office space in the terminal building, ready and return parking blocks, and service facilities that shall be utilized.– Rental car concession agreements to permit the operation of up to four (4) rental car concessions. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for four years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.
