(1) Vendor needs to provide maternal fetal medicine consultant services to the government authority located in Mississippi.• Providing specialized clinical expertise and insight during evaluations of Level I–IV maternal facilities.• Advising on maternal–fetal factors that influence maternal readiness, risk management, clinical capabilities, and compliance with applicable designation standards.• Participating in facility evaluation activities, including preparation, review of relevant clinical and operational information, on–site assessments, and post–evaluation consultation, as requested by the State.• Supporting the development, refinement, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the System of Care Plan.• Providing clinical and strategic consultation related to statewide maternal quality improvement efforts, maternal risk management, facility readiness, and system performance.• Providing clinical and strategic consultation related to statewide maternal quality improvement efforts, maternal risk management, facility readiness, and system performance.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
