Escambia County is looking for a provider for IDEXX supplies for running samples for fecal indicating bacteria for our water quality laboratory. Total cost for the fiscal year starting in October 2026 through September 2027 is expected to be near $50,000 for the year. Vendor must provide all items in the list below and a service plan for the quanti-tray sealer PLUS that allows for a no cost replacement of the sealer if it is unable to be repaired. Colilert-18 Reagent (200 count) Enterolert Reagent (200 count) IDEXX Vessels (120 mL with 100 mL volume line) Quanti-trays SimPlate for HPC test kit IDEXX-QC Kits for HPC, Colilert, and Enterolert tests Comparators for Colilert-18 tests
