(1) Vendor needs to provide academic standards assessment services for the statewide ELA and Math assessment in Grades 3 – 8 and Science in Grades 5 and 8, beginning in spring 2028 and continuing through the term of the contract to the government authority located in Arizona.– English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics is administered each spring to students in Grades 3 through 8. Test delivery has historically included both computer–based and paper–based formats. The ELA assessment measures reading, language, and writing standards, and includes a required Move On When Reading (MOWR) component at Grade 3. As established in A.R.S. §§ 15–701 and 15–704, the MOWR score evaluates foundational reading skills using selected–response reading items and Oral Reading Fluency tasks.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
