(1) Vendor needs to provide applied research professional services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. – This work including assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of bench–, pilot–, and full–scale trials of water and wastewater treatment processes.– Firms will provide technical expertise in conducting studies to evaluate innovative technologies for improving water and wastewater treatment, meeting current and future regulatory requirements, monitoring of contaminants of emerging concern, and preparation of materials for acquisition of federal research grants.• Support for the planning and execution of bench–, pilot–, and full–scale testing of technologies for water and wastewater treatment. • Provide technical support for investigating operational process improvements • Plan for future regulatory requirements • Explore and provide technical expertise for resource recovery solutions (2) A virtually pre–bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
