(1) Vendor needs to provide special collections counsel services to the government authority located in New Jersey.– Communicate established business processes and enforcement strategies to collect tolling violations.– Ability to manage several cases at the same time and meet deadlines– Special Collections Counsel shall demonstrate ability to use court approved translation services– Ability to meet virtually or in person, at minimum, once a month, or as deemed necessary– Demonstrated ability to use technology platform(s) to electronically transfer files, payment records, reports/case updates, and court documents in real–time.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
