(1) Vendor needs to provide 24x7 call center services. – Provide customer service, pharmacy support, patient engagement, and care coordination services for patients, caregivers, providers, prescription health plans, and internal pharmacy staff.– Provide comprehensive call center services for the health system's central fill and mail order pharmacy program.– Provide scalable operations capable of supporting routine volumes, seasonal fluctuations, public health emergencies, system outages, and other surge events. – Providing scalable and high–quality call center operations that support operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and continuity of care.– 24–hour high–quality customer service standards consistent with healthcare industry best practices in retail and mail–order pharmacy operations.– Provide 24 hours per day, 7 days per week call center services.– Inbound call handling and outbound call service– Inbound services.– Prescription and patient support.– Customer service.– Fully staffed pharmacy call center services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
