Vendor needs to provide satellite internet service to the government authority located in Charleston, WV.– Vendor must provide support that meets or exceeds the following features:• Technical support utilizing a primary technical support phone number, ticket portal or primary technical support email address.• Include (24/7) telephone call support and email support, both with a maximum vendor response time of (4) four hours.• Must include access to a customer portal or equal that provides the Agency with real–time performance metrics, including but not limited to, download/upload throughput, latency, signal quality, outages and data usage (both per day and month).• Vendor shall support services and meet any emergency outages within a minimum (4) four hours of notification.
