(1) Vendor needs to provide E–rate eligible wide area network (WAN) services and fiber solutions to the government authority located in Vancouver, WA. – E–Rate eligible wide area network (WAN) Services and Fiber Solutions to support both immediate service–continuity requirements and the long–term network strategy.– Provide scalable, symmetrical fiber connectivity that meets the varying bandwidth requirements.– The network monitoring, reporting, and customer visibility capabilities included with the proposed service.– Maintain uninterrupted WAN connectivity while transitioning from the existing network to the selected long–term solution.– Network monitoring, management, service–level commitments, implementation support, and ongoing operational support.– Provide references for comparable projects, preferably including multi–site fiber WAN deployments of similar size or complexity.– Ethernet and IP service–provider network infrastructure relevant to the proposed solution. – WAN service, technical approach, ownership model, and key benefits.
