(1) Vendor needs to provide short term rental compliance consultant services to the government authority located in Baytown, TX.– Services will include capturing the location of STRs in a format that can be transferred to geographic information system (GIS) and assistance and support for administering services– Create web–based platform–. Create phone and web–based customer complaint retrieval system– Create GIS layer(s) that may be integrated into the City’s Integrated GIS map– Coordinate deliverables of products with the Department,– Web–based recordkeeping– Online complaint system and 24–hour complaint phone line(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
