EXTRA-79400 - USA (Newburyport, Massachusetts) - Owner\'s Project Management Services - Deadline December 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide owner's project management services to the government authority located in Newburyport, MA.• Provide on–call owner's project management services for multiple school capital projects, including the High School Career and Technical Education Expansion.• Help refine the design scope, qualifications, solicitation schedule, and technical evaluation plan, without replacing the City’s procurement officer or authorized selection committee.– Coordinate early evaluation of structural, electrical, ventilation, heating, plumbing, fire–protection, accessibility, and equipment connection requirements by qualified professionals.– Develop and maintain a realistic overall project schedule, project budget, decision log, and risk register.– Identify the critical path to summer 2027 construction and the grant’s June 30, 2028 completion deadline.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.
