(1) Vendor needs to provide legal representation and related support services to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ.• To provide legal representation and related support services to New Jersey residents facing immigration detention, deportation, and removal proceedings.• Maintain full autonomy over all legal work performed, including legal strategy,representation, and advice in individual cases.• Facilitate access to supportive services that are reasonably necessary to supportclients' legal representation, including referrals to community–based resources, asappropriate.• Ensure all data reported are accurate, complete, and timely.• Collect and analyze programmatic and outcome data to assess program performance, identify service gaps, and improve service delivery.• Provide language access through qualified interpretation and translation services.• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate services to reach diverse populations.• Maintain regular communication with participating providers regarding staffing,service availability, caseload capacity, and referral status.• Convene regular meetings and facilitate collaboration among participating providers.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
