MEDI-7944 - USA (Ames, Iowa) - Influenza and Covid-19 Vaccinations Supplies - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide influenza and covid–19 vaccinations supplies for on–site and walk–in locations for influenza and COVID–19 vaccinations to the government authority located in Ames, IA.– Shall comply with all the requirements set forth by the health insurance portability and accountability act (HIPAA), including the requirements for electronic data interchange and privacy.– The City has historically offered standard influenza vaccinations, high–dose influenza vaccinations for individuals age 65 and older, and FluMist for children. COVID–19 boosters have also been offered when available and applicable.– Vaccines must be administered by a licensed pharmacist, pharmacy intern, pharmacy tech, registered nurse, or other person certified to immunize by the American pharmacy association or pharmacy association.– All vaccination sites shall offer injectable vaccine, FluMist if available, and COVID–19 vaccine if applicable(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
