Vendor needs to provide administrative law judge services for personnel hearings to the government authority located in Mission, SD.• Review the applicable policies, grievance, personnel action, and materials submitted by the parties before the hearing.• Coordinate hearing dates and prehearing deadlines with agency designated administrative contact and the parties, within the timelines required by the grievance procedure.• Conduct prehearing conferences as needed and address procedural matters, including the exchange of witness lists and exhibits.• Preside over personnel grievance hearings; receive testimony and exhibits; address objections and procedural requests; and provide each party a fair opportunity to present and respond to evidence.• Apply the standards and burden of proof established by the governing policies and applicable law.• Ensure an orderly hearing record.• Issue a written decision that includes findings of fact, conclusions, and the disposition, within the applicable deadline.
