(1) Vendor needs to provide juvenile–family crisis intervention program services to the government authority located in Newark, NJ.– Providing a state–regulated youth program for at–risk and court–involved youth who meet the defined eligibility criteria.– The Juvenile–Family Crisis Intervention Program seeks to provide therapeutically appropriate interventions that are both culturally and linguistically competent to: – Address the immediate needs of “families in crisis”; – Improve outcomes for at–risk/high risk youth ages 17 and under; – Encourage the resolution of intra–family problems through counseling and other services; and – Promote positive youth development and strengthen family relationships.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
