MRB-55297 - USA (Wisconsin) - Employee Service Recognition Awards Program Services - Deadline July 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide employee service recognition awards program services.• The county recognizes employees who reach key service milestones by issuing a recognition notice and certificate at one year of service and adds a gift to the printed materials at each subsequent five‑year increment, starting at year five.• Contractor shall provide each employee a physical award packet for county to include: the packet envelope, congratulatory letter and two copies of an award certificate, order instructions, and pictures of awards at multiple levels. No monetary value should appear in the paper or online gift catalog.• Catalog/brochure shall be available in an electronic (web–based) format. All costs associated with creation, distribution, management, set–up, interface and delivery of all catalog/brochures shall be borne by the contractor.• Eligible employee shall order a recognition award gift either on the custom web–based site or print an order form and return to contractor for processing.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
