(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic federal advocacy services to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA. • Provide strategic legislative and executive–branch advocacy services in Washington, D.C. and as otherwise needed to advance the university’s federal priorities.• Create opportunities to showcase Cybersecurity and AI Center, allied healthcare programs, entrepreneurship initiatives, and other emerging programs to Members of Congress and federal agency officials through campus visits, Washington, D.C• Track federal grants, appropriations, authorizations, regulations, and policy developments relevant to priorities and communicate material developments promptly.• Provide legislative and policy analysis on technical matters of importance• Coordinate opportunities to showcase University programs to Members of Congress and federal agency representatives.• Advocate for federal funding and policy support for artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, allied healthcare workforce pathways, and other priorities identified each year through CSUSB’s academic and strategic planning processes(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 12, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
