Annual contract to furnish all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for Unidirectional Flushing Maintenance which includes the construction (furnish and install) of various water and sanitary sewer service connections and main extensions throughout the County of Henrico when needed and requested. All requests will be processed through the Department of Public Utilities, Operations Center, Construction Division, 10401 Woodman Road, Glen Allen, Virginia 20360 all in accordance with the enclosed general terms, conditions and specifications.
