Le Coordonnateur Général du PADESCE invite, par la présente, les Soumissionnaires à présenter leurs Offres sous pli fermé, pour l’acquisition du materiel pour la mise en place d'un dispositif de formation ouverte et a distance (FOAD) au profit des CFPE de Sangmélima, Limbé, Douala et du Centre National de Formation des Formateurs et de Développement des Programmes (CNFFDP) , répartis en troi (03) lots : Lot Intitulé Délai de livraison Lot 1 Acquisition du matériel audio-visuel pour la mise en place d'un dispositif de formation ouverte et à distance (FOAD) au profit des CFPE de Limbé, Douala, Sangmélima et du Centre National de Formation des Formateurs et de Développement des Programmes (CNFFDP) 45 (quarante-cinq) jours Lot 2 Kit solaire pour le CFPE de Sangmélima et le Centre National de Formation des Formateurs et de Développement des Programmes (CNFFDP) Limbé et Douala 45 (quarante-cinq) jours Lot 3 Acquisition du matériel pour la mise en place d'un dispositif de formation ouverte et à distance pour la salle technique et de montage du Centre National de Formation des Formateurs et de Développement des Programmes (CNFFDP) 45 (quarante-cinq) jours La procédure sera conduite par mise en concurrence nationale en utilisant un Appel d’Offres à une enveloppe tel que défini dans le « Règlement de Passation de Marchés de la Banque Mondiale pour les Emprunteurs de FPI » mars 2025 (« le Règlement de Passation de Marchés »), et ouvert à tous les Soumissionnaires du pays de l’emprunteur éligibles tels que définis dans le Règlement de Passation de Marchés. Les Offres seront évaluées conformément au processus d'évaluation défini dans le dossier d'appel d'offres.
