EDUCATION-18534 - USA (N. Chesterfield, Virginia) - Helicopter Pilot Training Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide helicopter pilot training services to the government authority located in N. Chesterfield, VA. – Provide Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) compliant helicopter flight training services for one (1) pilot currently holding a Fixed–Wing Private Pilot Certificate with an Instrument Airplane Rating.– Training shall be conducted in one or more FAA–certificated helicopters appropriately equipped and authorized for the applicable training, solo flight, and practical test requirements.– The Contractor shall furnish all aircraft, certificated flight instructors, ground instructors, instructional materials, training records, scheduling, administrative support, aircraft maintenance, aircraft operating expenses, fuel, oil, insurance, practical test coordination, and all other resources necessary to fully perform the services described herein.– The Contractor shall maintain operational control of its aircraft and shall discontinue any flight activity whenever weather conditions, aircraft mechanical conditions, instructor judgment, or safety considerations indicate the training cannot be safely completed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
