(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering, manufacturing and logistics consultant service to the government authority located in OH. – Provide services that support participant engagement, learning outcomes, pathway exposure, workforce readiness, social–emotional growth, or operational effectiveness, as applicable to the service area.– Design and deliver high–quality services aligned with agency goals.– Coordinate with agency staff regarding schedules, participant needs, attendance, and implementation expectations.– Maintain professional conduct and safe, inclusive practices.– Track participation, activities, deliverables, and outcomes as requested.– Submit invoices and required reports according to agency timelines.– Participate in planning, orientation, check–ins, and evaluation meetings as needed.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
