Vendor needs to provide recycling services for leaves to the government authority located in Teaneck, NJ. – Provide the required labor, equipment, materials and supervision to recycle all leaves and vegetative waste collected.– provide the necessary equipment, labor, materials and supervision to pushup the leaf pile during loading operations, load the leaves and/or vegetative waste into his vehicles and transport the material to a site approved per the requirements.– Any and all material will be loaded and removed within 24 hours of being delivered to the transfer site.– No more than 1,000 cubic yards of material will be allowed to remain at the transfer site during any overnight period.– All material will be removed every Friday so that no material is at the Transfer Site during any weekend period.– If the township, at its option, delivers leaves to the Transfer Site on any Saturday, the contractor will be required to remove all those leaves that Saturday.
